With Apple Sign In & Game Center:

• First Name
• Game Center Icon (if available)

This data is only shown when playig online with a player you give a game code to. You can change your display name at any time from the profile menu.

With Google Sign In:

• Display Name
• Profile Image
• Email Address (used internally only)

Only your name and profile picture are shown to other players during online multiplayer. Your email is never shared and is only used for authentication and support purposes.

2. How Hex Chess Uses Your Data

Collected data is used to:

• Enable online multiplayer
• Display usernames and avatars during gameplay
• Store game progress or match data tied to your account

Hex Chess does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties.

We use Firebase’s secure infrastructure to store data. Access is restricted to authorized users and encrypted in transit and at rest.

4. Your Choices

You can:

• Change your display name in the profile view
• Request your initial sign in data be deleted by contacting us (see below)
